Entry fee $100.00 for girls team, $100.00 for boys team(A team is one athlete or 100)
Athletes must represent the school they attend and be entered on milesplit under that school name. No unattached or club athletes allowed.
Entry Fees must be paid before packet will be released. Deadline for entry fees is Wednesday May 14. Late fee of $100.00 per gender per team late fee.
Bringing check to meet must have late fee
Entry deadline online is Tuesday May 13 at 11:00 PM
GATES WILL OPEN AT 8:00 AM.
Tickets are $12.50 per person

Maximum of three events per athlete.
Coaches wristbands will be in the packet based on the following:
1-7 athletes 1 band
8-14 athletes 2 bands
15-21 athletes 3 bands
22 or more athletes 4 bands
Coaches wristbands only get admission. No one is to be in the infield. No coaches in the infield.

Only online tickets will be accepted. No cash.
MAXIMUM OF THREE(3) EVENTS PER ATHLETE WHICH INCLUDES RELAYS AND FIELD EVENTS.
Coaches must be a member of KTCCCA to participate in the meet.

shot put (6#)(9-10 & 11-12), shot put (2Kg, 8 & Under), Turbojav(300 grams)
Scoring 10-8-6-4-2-1 Top athlete only scores per team in each age group.
Athletes must run for the school they attend.
Gates will not open on meet day until 8:00 AM.
Field events will be open pit. Three jumps, three throws only. All throws and jumps must be completed in the allotted time. Make sure athletes in multiple events get back and forth.

Athletes will contest based on age divisions. Age divisions are 8 & Under (Born 2017 and after), 9-10 (Born 2015 & 2016), and 11-12(Born 2013 & 2014). Ages are based on age on December 31, 2024. In other words, a ten year old whose birthday is in September will be competing with the 11-12 age group. Anyone born in 2012 is ineligible to compete in the Elementary State Championships.
Relays are based on 12 & Under, 10 & Under, and 8 & Under ages.
