Entry fee $100.00 for girls team,   $100.00 for boys team  (A team is one athlete or 100)

Entry Fees must be paid before packet will be released.   Deadline for entry fees is Wednesday February 21.   Late fee of $100.00 per gender per team late fee.

Entry deadline online is Wednesday February 21 at 9:00 PM

GATES WILL OPEN AT 8:30 AM.

If you are bringing your entry fee, make sure you have the late fee also.

Coaches wristbands will be in the packet based on the following:

WE WILL BE DOING DECLARATIONS FOR RUNNING EVENTS  AT THE DECLARATION ROOM AT THE SOUTH END OF THE TRACK JUST PAST THE FINISH LINE.   EVERYONE COMPETING IN A RUNNING EVENT MUST DECLARE BY A DESIGNATED TIME OR BE SCRATCHED.   IT IS COACH'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ATHLETES DECLARE ON TIME.

MAXIMUM OF THREE(3) EVENTS PER ATHLETE WHICH INCLUDES RELAYS AND FIELD EVENTS.

400, 800, 200, 4x400 Relay(8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under), long jump,

shot put (6#)(9-10 & 11-12), shot put (2Kg, 8 & Under)

Scoring   10-8-6-4-2-1    Top athlete only scores per team in each age group.

Athletes must run for the school they attend.

Gates will not open on meet day until 8:30 AM.

Please note only schools can enter this meet.  Athletes that run for clubs or unattached have to be entered through their school name.   Also many athletes have multiple profiles on milesplit.   We will use the performances from the profile that is used to enter the meet.   Be forewarned as above,  many athletes have multiple profiles (The record is 12 profiles(I am not kidding) for one athlete).   It is the responsibility of the coach entering to have profiles merged through Milesplit.   We will not shuffle performances after entries are closed  Those must be done ahead of time.   In other words,  if the athlete you enter has no performance on your entry file,  it is because the athlete has multiple profiles.   You must get those profiles merged.   Athletes must compete for the school they attend.

Field events will be open pit.   Three jumps, three throws only.    All throws and jumps must be completed in the allotted time.  Make sure athletes in multiple events get back and forth.

Athletes will contest based on age divisions. Age divisions are 8 & Under, 9-10, and 11-12. Ages are based on age on December 31, 2024. In other words,  a ten year old whose birthday is in September will be competing with the 11-12 age group.    Anyone born in 2011 or before is ineligible to compete in the Elementary State Championships.

Relays are based on 12 & Under, 10 & Under, and 8 & Under ages.
