KYtrackXC.com and Christian Academy (Louisville) are pleased to announce the 4th Annual KYtrackXC.com 5K Showdown to be held March 20th as part of the Harry Greschel Invitational in Louisville. The Friday night event has annually hosted the best distance runners in Kentucky along with top runners from Indiana as well. The recruiting has already begun with top runners from Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee already penciled in to run.
If you are a serious XC runner and want to run in college, this is your opportunity to run on the track in a REAL 5000 Meter Run and run REALLY, REALLY, REALLY FAST. Check out the Top 20 Runners and their times from the past 3 years. It is PR central. This is an official high school meet.
