VHSL Group 4A
This state meet may be the most exciting of them all. We will get to hopefully see just how good Midlo's boys team is. They have successfully laid low most of the season but if you know the Trojans well then you know they are going to really show some stuff this weekend. Not only team wise too. We may actually see Midlo have three runners in contention for the individual title but Peter Seufer will of course have something to say about that.
On the girls side of things it is once again going to be a battle between the two best runners in the state, Libby Davidson and Weini Kelati. Will the smaller hills aid Weini or will Libby just run faster? All of these questions will thankfully be answered this weekend. On the team front it is Jefferson Forest slated well ahead of the field and E.C. Glass in second. Things should hold true to form if these runners show up for the race Saturday.
