*POLE VAULT WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28TH @ NOHS. ARRIVE AT 5:00PM FOR WARMUPS AND START AT 5:30PM (OR AS SOON AS WARMUPS ARE COMPLETE) GIRLS THEN BOYS*
The Oldham County Sundown Invitational will again be held on the Thursday prior to the Kentucky Derby. We again expect a very competitive field and a great meet. We will have unified events: 4x100m, 2x50, 2x200, shot put and long jump. These events will follow the event listed.
To accommodate your runners who might not make your max of 2 limit, we will run select open events prior to the invitational section so that everyone can at least get a race in. The schedule for the meet is below:

Entries will be via MileSplit Online Entry only. Plan ahead to do your entries. Please visit www.milesplit.com/pages/Online_Meet_Reg_Instructions for instructions on how to enter. A performance that cannot be verified will be disregarded. Horizontal jumps and throws will be 4 jumps/throws with no call back for finals. (NOTE: In order to keep the field events running smoothly, athletes in field events will not be excused to check out from the field event to run in the non-scored, open running events).
Entries will close on Monday prior to the meet. If you are not entered by the time entries close, you will not be participating in the meet. Due to the format of the meet, we will not allow additions or substitutions after entries have closed. We are hoping to have heat sheets available by Wednesday, April 28. Please only enter athletes in events where they have a high probability of actually competing, and scratch any athletes you know will not be competing by Wednesday evening so that we can fill that lane with another deserving athlete.
The entry fee is $70/team (boys and girls teams separate) if received by April 29 (may bring check to the meet) or $95/team after that date. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each event, and the top 2 boys and girls teams will receive trophies. Scoring in all events will be 10-8-6-4-2-1.
