Meet Information
We invite you to the 2019 KTCCCA Area 5 Middle School/Elementary Cross Country Regional Championships on Wednesday, October 9th. This event is for Middle School/Elementary Teams only in Area 5 (Northern Kentucky). The event will be held at Idlewild Park in Burlington, KY. This meet will be used heavily to decide the 2019 KTCCCA Area 5 Middle School/Elementary All Region Teams, Runners of the Year, and Coaches of the Year. All races are unlimited entries but only the top 7 will score. We will adjust the starting line in each race as needed.
We will have concessions and a split the pot raffle! Make sure you tell your parents to bring cash. (parking is free so we love all your support) :)
The meet will now operate on a ROLLING SCHEDULE beginning with the Middle School Girls 4K Regional Championship race at 4:30pm. Awards will be announced after each age division is completed near the finish line.

Awards: We will give team trophies to the Top 3 teams in each age division. There will be medals for the Top 25 runners in each race. Each individual Regional Champion will also receive a plaque.
Scoring: The top 5 runners in each race will be used for a team score with the next two runners being used to break any ties.
Entries: Entries will be done online athttp://ky.milesplit.com/meets/320711/info#.WvW7XGbMzUI. Entries close at 11:59PM on Sunday, October 6th.NOTE: There will be NO ENTRIES ADDED AFTER THE DEADLINE OR ON RACE DAY. Please make sure your rosters are correct before race day.
Payment: You can bring a check with you on the day of the meet or send your check to Jaguars Cross Country 974 Frogtown Rd. Union, Kentucky 41091.
