Area 5 KTCCA Schools, we are excited to announce The Ryle High School Cross Country Program will be hosting the 2024 KTCCCA Area 5 Middle School/Elementary Cross Country Regional Championships
Date: Saturday, October 5th at The Ryle High School Cross Country Course
Meet Info: This event is for Middle School/Elementary Teams only in Area 5 (Northern Kentucky).
This meet will be used to help decide the 2024 KTCCCA Area 5 Middle School/Elementary All-Region Teams, Runners of the Year, and Coaches of the Year. All races are unlimited entries but only the top 7 will score.
There will be a $6.00 charge per person for spectators. Children 5 and under free
Saturday Morning Schedule:
7:45am - Packet Pickup
8:45 - Coaches Meeting
9:00 - Middle School Girls (8th and Under) - 4000m - $85/team $10/individual
9:30 - Middle School Boys (8th and Under) - 4000m - $85/team $10/individual
10:00 - Elementary Girls (6th and Under) - 3000m -$65/team $10/individual
10:30 - Elementary Boys (6th and Under) - 3000m - $65/team $10/individual
11:00 - Primary Girls (4th and Under) - 2000m - $55/team $10/individual
11:30 - Primary Boys (4th and Under) - 2000m - $55/team $10/individual
Awards: Team trophies to the Top 3 teams in each age division. There will be medals for the Top 25 runners in each race. Each individual Regional Champion will also receive a plaque.
Scoring: The top 5 runners in each race will be used for a team score with the next two runners being used to break any ties.
