Long Jump Girls on pit near 100 meter start/Boys on pit near finish line
Followed by triple Jump G/B (We will use open pits on the long and triple jumps)
High Jump Girls followed by Boys (starting height will be posted on the KTCCCA website)
Shot Put Boys( 4 kg) followed by Girls (6#)
Discus Girls(1 kg) followed by Boys (1 kg)
Pole Vault Boys followed by Girls (starting height will be posted on the KTCCCA website)
Boys TurboJav(600 grams) followed by Girls TurboJav (500 grams)
PLEASE NOTE-THE SHOT & DISCUS AREA IS 300 YARDS DOWN THE STREET FROM THE MAIN TRACK. PLEASE PLAN ON GETTING YOUR ATHLETES BACK & FORTH TO THAT VENUE.
Entry fee: $50 per team (girls and boys are separate teams, one or thirty individuals is a team) Only one team per school. Athletes must be in the eighth grade or below. Coaches must be KTCCCA members. ($30 membership dues) (Applications on the KTCCCA website www.ktccca.org)
One individual per event, one relay team per event. SEE INFORMATION IN THE TABLES BELOW ON ADDITIONAL ENTRIES AS WELL AS MANDATORY CUTOFFS FOR ENTERING ATHLETES.
JUST AS IN CROSS COUNTRY, ATHLETES MUST REPRESENT THE SCHOOL THEY ATTEND.
Limit of four events per athlete.

Admission charge: $5.00
Medals to the top eight(8) in each event. Team champion and runner-up trophies.
All entries will be done online at www.kytrackxc.com Coaches do not have to input perfomances. Milesplit will automatically input the athletes best reported performances. All entries MUST have performances reported on www.kytrackxc.com. No entries will be accepted with NT (no time) or ND (no distance) Make sure during the season that the meet directors of any meets you attend send results in proper format to kytrackxc@gmail.com If there is no reported performance, then the entry will not be accepted.
Mail entry fees to Frank Miklavcic 319 Erin Way Frankfort, Ky 40601 $50 late fee per team(boys and girls separate teams-That would be $100 for girls team, $100 for boys team for late entry or late entry fee) after May 14. (Late refers to entries AND fees.) Make checks payable to KTCCCA.
List all athletes who could possibly compete by entering as alternates on the relays. You may scratch and add on meet day if you have entered that event. Athletes added to a team roster on meet day will be charged $10.
Athletes will wear bib numbers.
Uniform Rule for Today: Relay teams must have similar jerseys.
NO JEWELRY. If some one just had a piercing the jewelry must be removed. Athletes should have no electronic devices-IPODS, radios, cell phones, walkie-talkies.
Jewelry-Officials inform the athlete the jewelry must be removed. If during competition, (when running, jumping, inform athlete to remove. Inform the referee. Second notice is a DQ)
All entries are to be done online.

1. Blocks required for all events 400 and below including 4x200, 4x100, and 4x400 lead off legs.
2. 4X400-3 turn stagger
3. 4X800, 800, 1600, 3200- 1 turn stagger,
4. FAT times only will be accepted for 100, 200, 100H. Converted hand times will not be accepted for these events.
5. Entry performances are required. NT or ND will not be accepted. Performances must meet the minimum entry standard.
6. Subs still permitted on race day but, replacement automatically goes to slowest heat. Subs must have a qualifying time recorded on KYTRACKXC.COM
7. LJ board will be 9 ft
8. 5th grade and up only
All schools are still permitted one entry per event as long as the entrant meets the minimum standard, but now schools will now be allowed multiple (unlimited) entries in all but the relay events PROVIDED ALL ENTRIES FROM THE SCHOOL MEET THE EXTRA ENTRY STANDARD. Only the school's top finisher will score for the team but the others are permitted to compete for individual awards. The table below on the left are those standards. You can expect that these standards will continue to be adjusted for future years based on previous years performances. Again extra entries are allowed ONLY if each entry meets the EXTRA ENTRY STANDARD. To enter an extra entry, enter one athlete on www.kytrackxc.com Email Fmiklavcic@aol.com with any additional entries that qualify. The table below on the right has the minimum standards. No entry will be allowed that does not meet the minimum standard. All times below are FAT times.
