Meet Information
Our course is all grass with rolling hills. We had an extremely competitive meet in 2011, and we hope that you will consider attending the 2012 edition. The race schedule and entry fees are as follows (Team/Individual/entry limit):
Girls Varsity 9:00am 5000m $40.00/$8.00/10
Boys Varsity 9:45am 5000m $40.00/$8.00/10
Girls Junior Varsity 10:30am 5000m $40.00/$8.00/10
Boys Junior Varsity 11:15am 5000m $40.00/$8.00/10

Girls Middle School (grade 8 and under) 12:30pm 3000m $35.00/$7.00/7
Boys Middle School (grade 8 and under) 1:15pm 3000m $35.00/$7.00/7
Middle School Open (boys/girls combined) 1:45pm 3000m No charge if team entered above No limit
Girls Elementary (grade 5 and under) 2:15pm 1 mile $30.00/$6.00/7
Boys Elementary (grade 5 and under) 2:30pm 1 mile $30.00/$6.00/7
Elementary Open (boys/girls combined) 2:45pm 1 mile No charge if team entered above No limit
MS/Elementary Awards Awarded after last race for that division.
Multiple teams may be entered. Varsity and Junior Varsity teams are up to 10 runners. There is no limit on the number of runners for Middle School and Elementary teams. Schools may not enter the JV races unless they have entered a team in the corresponding varsity race.
Awards
Individuals: Top 10 individuals receive trophies, 11-25 receive medals.
Teams: Top 2 teams receive trophies.
Individual medals will be given out in the finish chute.
Top 10 individual and team awards presented at the completion of high school races, middle school races and elementary races.
Entry Deadline
All entries are due on or before Friday, August 24th, 2012, via Hy-Teks Team Manager or Team Manager Lite. Entries should be sent to:

Paper entries will be charged an additional $10 fee. Entries submitted after Friday, August 24th, will be charged an additional $30 late fee. The Hy-Tek meet file will be available later in the summer via KTCCCA website.

From I-64 Exit 35:
North onto KY 53.
Right at light onto US 60E (McDonalds Restaurant).
Left at light onto Rocket Lane (Shelby County High School on left).
East Middle School is located at the end of Rocket Lane on the left.
Parking:
All parking will be at East Middle School on Rocket Lane. No vehicles permitted near the greenhouses or the course. There will be a $1/person entry fee charged at the entrance to the course.
