Saturday, August 30th 2025, located across from East Middle School, Shelbyville, KY

Hosted by Shelby County High School and East Middle Cross Country Teams.

NOTE: Team Drop off will be at the front gate of the course, ALL BUSES must park at Shelby County High School FRONT Parking Lot.  Spectators parking will be at East Middle and Wright Elementary parking lots **(NO PARKING IN THE GRASS)**  ALL  Admission will be "GOFAN" (PLEASE LET YOUR SPECTATORS KNOW THIS), as SCHS will not accept cash.

Tent City will be marked, absolutely no tents by the start or finish line. 

** ALL COACHES MUST HAVE WRIST BANDS**

IMPORTANT TICKET INFO: Admission will be $8 per person. We are only doing online ticket sales. Purchase your ticket by clicking here. KIDS UNDER 10 ARE FREE. 

Meet Schedule

9:00am  Boys Varsity 5000m

9:45am  Girls Varsity 5000m

** Varsity/JV will run together**

10:30am Boys Middle School 3000m

11:10am Girls Middle School 3000m

11:50pm Elementary Boys (4-5) 1mile

12:20pm Elementary Girls (4-5) 1 mile

12:50pm   Elementary Boys (K-3) 1 mile

1:20pm   Elementary Girls (K-3) 1 mile

***No Open Races***

High School Fees

Team: $65 each team (Varsity is one team, JV is another team). Teams are 5-10 runners, additional teams can be purchased for larger teams.

Individual cost: $15 per runner



Middle School Fees

Team: $55 per team. Teams are 5-10 runners, additional teams can be purchased for larger teams.

Individual cost: $10 per runner

Elementary Fees

Team: $45 per team. Teams are 5-15 runners/additional teams can be purchased for larger teams.

Individual cost: $10 per runn

Fees must be paid in order to receive your entry packets on race day.



Team sizes

- Multiple teams may be entered but they will cost an additional team fee. You can combine a team and individual costs. For example, if an elementary school has 30 runners then they pay for two "teams" for a total of $90.

- Varsity and Junior Varsity teams are 5-10 runners each. Middle School Boys and Girls Races are 5-10 runners each, but multiple teams/individuals can be entered.

-Elementary teams are 5-15 runners each, but multiple teams/individuals can be entered.

Awards

- All other races, Top 5 receive medals to be awarded at the finish line.

- Top 2 teams receive trophies  in high school and middle school races for boys and girls. Top 2 teams in elementary receive trophies for boys and girls.

- Individual medals will be given out in the finish chute.

- Top 10 individual (Varsity and middle school boys/girls only) and team awards presented at the completion of high school races, middle school races and elementary races.

- Awards ceremonies will be held in front of  SCHS Cross Country Finish Line at the end of ALL races for the day.

Entry Deadline

- Races will fill up and close quickly, so please register ASAP.

Concessions

We will have a concession stand with chips, drinks, food.
