The 2014 Cross Country Season is among us with pre-season races starting this week for some.  To really understand this season coming up in some classes, especially in AAA Girls you have to talk about the Class of 2014 graduating.  This class leaving opens the door for many teams across the state and shows how building constant depth year after year is key.

Several Kentucky athletes are heading south to the Vanderbilt HS Indoor Invitational in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 4th installment of the Kentucky Dream Mile will take place this evening at St. Xavier High School in Louisville. Both winners from last year are back to defend their titles. The action will get started at 8 PM.

The 4th Edition of the Kentucky Dream Mile will be held this Friday evening at St. Xavier High School.

Day 3 Recap of Indoor Nationals

Day One - Kentucky Action at Indoor Nationals

Track is BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The annual big opening meet, the Wildcat Classic held at Nutter Fieldhouse at the University of Kentucky is scheduled to run this weekend.  In a little bit of a new twist, you could say the meet is ready to jump out as well as they are bringing in field events as well for the first time in quite a while. Let's take a look at the favorites in each of areas (Sprints, Distance, Relays, Jumps, Throws)  

  Criteria Top 25 at State Meet, ranked, or 17:30.99 male; 21:00.99 female at State Meet. Academic All State 3.75-4 Honorable Mention 3.50-3.74
