High School Girls – Cassidy Hale (duPont Manual)

Hale, a junior at duPont Manual won the Greater Louisville Classic with a season best time of 18:21.86. Coming off a second place finish at Franklin County, she reestablished herself as the girl to beat in Class AAA beating a loaded field by 22 seconds in the process.

High School Boys - Kyle Covert (Eastern)

Covert, a senior at Eastern High School finished 3^rd at the Greater Louisville Classic with a new best time of 15:53.09 crossing the 16 minute barrier for the first time. In the last set of rankings from September 21^st he was ranked 8^th in Class AAA. Saturday he defeated three runners that were ranked in front of him in Class AAA.

Middle School Girls – Erin Edmundson (North Oldham MS)

Edmundsen, an 8^th grader at North Oldham Middle School won the Girls 4000 Meter Run at the Greater Louisville Classic with a new best time of 15:03.40. In her first 4000 Meter Run of the year she PR’d by 20 seconds.

Middle School Boys – Hayden Janes (Beaumont MS)

Janes, an 8^th grader at Beaumont Middle School won the Boys 4000 Meter Run at the The Lexington School XC Classic with a new best time of 14:50.67. His time has improved over one minute from last year.
