Folsom- This is not your first race of the season, Correct?
Frederick- No, it’s the third.
Folsom- So I guess you had an idea where you were at coming into this?
Frederick- Yea, The first two races were good. We’ve been working really well as a team, and we’ve really been working on the team aspect.
Folsom- What was your mindset coming into this race?
Frederick- The mindset is just to run the best race possible and I really like to focus on the team. We want to run the best race that we can together: to finish the highest that we can as a team as we go forward in the season.
Folsom- Are you familiar with this course at all? Have you run this meet before?
Frederick- No, this is our first time- actually (our first time) even in Kentucky- to run this race. Usually we stay in Ohio and just race the normal competition around us. So this was a new experience to run ag...
