duPont Manual senior Cassidy Hale has committed to run at the University of Kentucky. The 2011 Class AAA Kentucky State Cross Country Champion has been one of the best distance runners in Kentucky since her freshmen year of high school. She has a best of 17:41 in the 5K and has run 11:07 for Two Miles this past indoor season.
She joins a UK squad with two All-Americans this past year in Cross Country.
