KYtrackXC.com presents a new weekly feature THE MIDDLE SCHOOL FOCUS.  These young runners are the stars of tomorrow and are working hard daily to do their best, so they deserve a little attention each week. 

In an effort to honor the top track and field performers from Kentucky, KYtrackXC.com will have a weekly set of Athletes of the Week.  There will be Middle School, High School, and College awardees.  Former Kentucky High School Track and Field athletes currently running in college are eligible for the College award, even if he or she attends a school out-of-state.

Eight schools convened on Maysville for the 2^nd KTCCCA Indoor Meet Saturday.  The home school Mason County won the Girls Team Title with 85 points while the boys of Oldham County won with 78 beating West Jessamine by only two. (Pictured: Heath Crist, West Jessamine taken by Steve Appleman)
