There are some Olympic Trials participants competing tonight as well!

I'm guessing this is the street vault Chip was planning? Had been looking forward to this one but didn't know time & date. Looks like tomorrow at Fern Creek will have to do for this vault family. Sad missing out on a street vault. They are so fun. Hoping that more interest & more street vaults will come about in KY.

You are obviously not in the loop... It's not like you run a website about track or anything... I am sure you could have even provided a little free publicity

I didn't know anything about it until I saw Chip on the front page of the Courier-Journals Sports section on Thursday and of course anything track and field gets my attention. It was a very good article and I hope there is a good turnout tonight for the athletes vying for an Olympic bid.

I was really surprised they waited to the last minute to publicize this as well. I had heard Chip talking about it a few weeks ago at the UofL Twightlight meet but I didn't get a date, I assumed it was later in the summer.
