The 2013 Eastern Relays brought three of the best distance runners in the southeast together for a battle royale. Brock Baker (TN), Jacob Thomson (KY), and Jacob Burcham (WV) went head to head for a tremendous race with Baker pulling the victory with a 4:06.77.
