8. McKenzie Bell - Sacred Heart Academy
The newest addition to the Sacred Heart squad has already proven why she is one of the best middle distance runners in the state. Her outdoor season has yielded the fastest 800m run time at 2:20.14 which is still 7 second slower than her personal record. So far a quiet outdoor season for the Spencer County transfer has left us wanting more, but we know she has it. She was the state champion in class AA in the 400m and state runner up in the 200m. Flashing that 800m speed makes her a triple threat. Indoor season was kind to her as well, but outdoor has already shown that she is ready for the jump from class AA to class AAA at Sacred Heart.
