The Meet Page can be used throughout the weekend for fans at home and at the meet to follow everything important before, during, and after the meet.

Please give ample arrival time and parking time as we have very large fields and entry/exit of the park will require time and patience throughout the weekend.  Please (please, please, please) be kind to all meet volunteers and meet personnel.

Info for coaches and common questions

Tents: Tents may only be set up in the team camp area near the softball fields as identified on all course maps.  Elementary coaches with tents will be able to park in the lot nearest the softball field (typically our bus lot) as long as there is space available.  Coaches may set up tents during the day on Friday but should not bring any tents before Friday.  On Saturday there is no privileged parking for coaches.  On Friday only coaches with tents in their vehicles will be given privileged parking.

Changing Races: Athletes, with bibs and chips, may run in any race they are eligible for.  You do not need to report athletes who are running in a different race than they are entered.

Packets:Packets will include bibs, chips, pins, and shoe ties.  If you would like course maps, etc. please print them.

Payment Info: You may bring checks to our check-in table (marked on course maps) when you pick up your packets.  We will not withhold packets for teams that have not paid, however there will be a late fee of $30 assessed for any team that has a balance at the end of the meet.  If you bring cash, please bring correct change for your team.  All checks should be made payable to Eastern XC Boosters and should note the school/team name on the check.
