2025 NKY Middle School Regionals
(6th, 7th, and 8th Grades and Northern Kentucky ONLY)
Date: Wednesday, May 7th, 2025
Location: Notre Dame Academy High School
Time: 4:30 P.M. (Coaches meeting at 4:15 P.M. at the finish line)
Cost: Entry fee is $100.00 per team (Boys and Girls constitute two teams) or $7.00 per individual. Make all checks payable to Notre Dame Academy. Mail checks to Notre Dame Academy Athletics, MS Invitational Track Meet 1699 Hilton Drive, Park Hills, KY 41011.
Entry Deadline: Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 by 9:00 pm. Any entries after final deadline, Sunday, May 4th, 2025, 9:00pm will be $5 (Cash or Check) payable to C3 Timing.

Entries: All athletes should be in the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. You may enter 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team per event. All entries will be done on Milesplit.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Top 8 earn awards listed below)
Awards: Medals will be awarded for places 1st through 3rd and ribbons for places 4th through 8th. Team trophies will be awarded to the First and Second place Boys and Girls teams.
Running Events: Regular order of events.
All heats are final. 3200m Run will be contested.
Field Events: Order will be:
Rd 1: Boys Discus, Girls Shot Put, Girls High Jump, Boys Pole Vault,
Girls/Boys Long Jump will be open pit for 90 minutes. Girls are on the south pit and Boys on the north pit.
Rd 2: Girls Discus, Boys Shot Put, Boys High Jump, Girls Pole Vault
Rd 2: Girls Discus, Boys Shot Put, Boys High Jump, Girls Pole Vault
Girls/Boys Triple Jump will be open pit for 90 minutes. Girls are on the south pit and Boys on the north pit.
All field events will be finals with 4 attempts.
Tent Area: Teams are invited to bring team tents. There will be a specified area for tents. Please do not place any tents on the soccer field, in the bleachers or in areas that would obstruct spectators views of the track.
Trainer: A first aid station will be available but not a trainer.

Children under 8 will be admitted free.
Parking: Parking is available in NDA parking lots and St. Agnes across the street. Please remind parents and bus drivers there is no parking on the road up to St. Joseph Heights (convent).
