NORTHERN KENTUCKY FRESHMAN REGIONAL

Time: Running and Field Events will start at 5:00pm.
Cost: $100.00 per team boys/girls count as separate teams

Any additions after final deadline (May 5 @ 9:00pm) will be $5 /addition payable to C3 Timing. Cash or Check
**Each school is permitted 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team.
**No B teams will be accepted and no extra individuals.
**NO MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES.THIS IS MEANT TO BE A TRUE FRESHMANREGIONAL!!!!
Cooper HS will be recognizing their Seniors before the event and will start at 4:30pm.
Event Order: Regular schedule of events. No triple jump.
- Pole Vault will be contested on Monday, May 6th at 5:00pm at Ryle HS.
- 3200 meter run will be an exhibition event and for all grades, 7-12 and will be run after the 4x400m Relay.
Field Events Order: 1st round: 5:00pm: Boys/girls Long Jump - Girls Discus/Boys Shot
2nd round: 6:00pm: Girls Shot/Boys Discus - Girls HJ/Boys HJ
Field events are 1 hour per round
Scoring: Individual scoring will be done on an overall basis. Team scoring will be done over all and by large/school small school division based on NKAC designation. We will crown large/small school champions and the overall champion of the meet!
Medals to 1st, 2nd,3rd.
COOPER 3200M
After the meet we will run the 3200m as an exhibition for all grades 7-12. This will be an unscored part of the meet. We will divide up by ability no matter the gender. Fastest in the first heat, next in the second heat. Be sure you have accurate seed times. We will try to schedule this for 8pm or a time we are sure is after the freshman 4x400.
