Spring Relays

The meet will begin at 5:15pm for Fields with Running events beginning at 5:30
Coaches Meeting: 4:45PM
Running Events:
Distance Medley (1200 400 800 1600)
100/110 Hurdles
4x100
2X50 Unified Relay
1600 Open
Sprint Medley (100 100 200 400)
300 Hurdles
Mixed 4x400 (Mixed relay, must include 2 Male and 2 female. The order will be as follows: Girl, Boy, Girl, Boy)
Field Events:
Shot Boys then Girls
Discus Girls then Boys
High Jump
Long Jump
Pole Vault- Open Boys and Girls
Triple Jump
*Maximum of 2 Relays per team, Unlimited entries in the open 1600, 3 entries in field events
AWARDS: We will have a 1 place Boys and 1st Place Girls Trophy.
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
Admission: $5 cash only
There is a $55 per team (boys and girls separate teams) entry fee. BOY/GIRL total $110
