The meet will begin at 5:15pm for Fields with Running events beginning at 5:45

Coaches Meeting: 4:45PM

We will have a maximum of 8 teams in this event

Running Events:

Distance Medley (1200 400 800 1600)

100/110 Hurdles

4x100 Throwers (Mixed relay, must include 2 Male and 2 female.  Participants CANNOT be entered in other running events)

Sprint Medley (100 100 200 400)

Mixed 4x400 (Mixed relay, must include 2 Male and 2 female.  The order will be as follows: Girl, Boy, Girl, Boy)

Field Events:

Shot

Discus

HighJump: Starting Height: 4'/5'

Long Jump

Pole Vault

Triple Jump

*Maximum of 2 Relays per team, 4 entries in open events, 3 entries in field events

AWARDS: We will have a 1 place Boys and 1st Place Girls Trophy.

THERE WILL NOT BE ANY INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

There is a $45 per team (boys and girls separate teams) entry fee. BOY/GIRL total $90

If you have a coach willing to volunteer to help with an event we will take $10 off the total ($80)
