Spring Relays

The meet will begin at 5:15pm with the following running and field events:
Running Events:
Distance Medley (1200 400 800 1600)
100/110 Hurdles
800
4x100
4x100 Throwers
Sprint Medley (100 100 200 400)
1600
4x400
Field Events:
Shot
Discus
High Jump
Long Jump
Pole Vault
Triple Jump
*Maximum of 2 Relays per team, unlimited entries in open events
There is a $30 per team (boys and girls separate teams) entry fee. If you bring helpers to the meet it will reduce team entry fee. For Example:
3 helpers no cost 2 helpers $10 entry 1 helper $20 0 helpers entry $30
Remember boys and girls are separate teams.
2 relay limit per team only 1 relay scores
Unlimited entries in running events only top 2 will score
Unlimited entries in field events only top 2 will score
