Race Day Info Packet -
We invite you to the 2022 KTCCCA Area 5 Middle School/Elementary Cross Country Regional Championships Date: Tuesday, September 27th.
Meet Info: This event is for Middle School/Elementary Teams only in Area 5 (Northern Kentucky). The event will be held at Florence Baptist Church in Florence, KY. This meet will be used heavily to decide the 2021 KTCCCA Area 5 Middle School/Elementary All-Region Teams, Runners of the Year, and Coaches of the Year. All races are unlimited entries but only the top 7 will score. We will adjust the starting line in each race as needed.-
Address - 642 Mt Zion Rd, Florence, KY 41042
Parking Fee - $5 per car (Handicapped and coaches parking are available, coaches park free)
The meet will now operate on a ROLLING SCHEDULE beginning with the Middle School Girls 4K Regional Championship race at 4:30 pm.
Awards will be announced after each age division is completed near the finish line.
Packet Pickup - 4:00pm
Coaches Meeting - 4:20pm
Middle School Girls (8th and Under) - 4000m - 4:30 pm - $60/team $10/individual
Middle School Boys (8th and Under) - 4000m - $60/team $10/individual
Elementary Girls (6th and Under) - 3000m -$50/team $10/individual
Elementary Boys (6th and Under) - 3000m - $50/team $10/individual
Primary Girls (4th and Under) - 2000m - $40/team $10/individual
Primary Boys (4th and Under) - 2000m - $40/team $10/individual
Awards: We will give team trophies to the Top 3 teams in each age division. There will be medals for the Top 25 runners in each race. Each individual Regional Champion will also receive a plaque.
Scoring: The top 5 runners in each race will be used for a team score with the next two runners being used to break any ties.
Entries: Entries will be done online.
Entries close at 9:00 PM on Friday, September 23rd, 2022pm. Additions after final deadline will be $5, cash or check, payable to C3 Timing LLC.
NOTE: There will be NO ENTRIES ADDED AFTER THE DEADLINE OR ON RACE DAY. Please make sure your rosters are correct by the deadline of Friday, September 23rd, 2022, 9:00pm
