Packet pickup in gray building below (turned sideways)

Tickets    Pre-school are free.

Athletes must have their bib number to enter the gate.  Coaches,  make sure you have arranged for athletes to get their bibs, prior to going through the team gate.

Packet pickup will be in the white building near the parking lot.  That area will be team entrance only.    Athletes must have their bib to enter through this gate.   I have gotten backlash for this but coaches are responsible for all of their athletes.   If we admit without proper authorization,  they become our liability.   We literally in the past have had athletes sitting at our announcer's stand for an hour crying because they had no idea where their team or coach was or what time they raced.   We had one athlete show up whose coach cancelled out of the meet and didn't tell him or his parents.    You need to work out the logistics for this.  Non-negotiable.
Parent, fan entrance gate is up the hill near the starting line.    Make sure your parents have purchased tickets online.   Pre-school are free.
We are still dealing with the pandemic and the aftermaths.     Bring your own water.   Most Kentucky counties are now in the low range but we still have some where athletes are coming from that are ranked in the high range.    Also one aftermath seems to be some widespread bronchial problems and coughs.     These may be COVID related or they may not be.   To be one the safe side,   we will not be providing cups of water, etc.   Hopefully we can get this stamped out.
Awards schedule is posted on Milesplit.    Top 50 in the open races and 11-50th in the championship races can pick up their medals at the white trailer by the awards stand on the hill.
Any tents, etc will have to be carried in from the parking lot.
High school races are tonight from 4:00-6:30, therefore the course is a no access area for everyone else
Please tell you parents and fans to follow parking attendants directions.    OUR PARKING ATTENDANTS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CROSS COUNTRY.   DO NOT STOP TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS.   THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING.   THEIR ONLY JOB IS TO GET CARS PARKED QUICKLY SO WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY BACKUP ON THE HIGH WAY.

KTCCCA Meet of Champions      You can change athletes between races without informing us.  Make sure you only run 7 in the championship races or the entire team will be disqualified.
