Meet Information
The Morgan County Sorghum Run will be contested on Tuesday, September 20th in West Liberty. It is a low cost Invitational, the course will challenge your runners without being ridiculously hard. There will be races for Elementary Boys and Girls combined 5th grade and under - 2k, Middle School Boys and Girls combined 6th thru 8th grade - 2k, Varsity Boys - 5k and Varsity Girls - 5k. Races begin at 5:30pm and follow a rolling schedule.
The course begins and ends at the track at the Morgan County High School. Course will be the same as it has been over the past several years. Cost is only $50 per School which is $25 for the boys all grades and $25 for the girls all grades. If you have less than 5 running, then you can pay $5 per athlete. Team Trophies: 1st and 2nd place in the Varsity Races. 1st place team trophy in the Elementary and Middle School races. Individual medals awarded to the top 10 boys and top 10 girls in each race.
