Welcome to 2022 Tiger Run Presented by FINAL SURGE!
St. Xavier High School is pleased to extend this invitation to your schools boys and girls cross country team(s) to participate in the 2022 TIGER RUN presented by Final Surge. It will be held at Louisville Champions Park (formerly the Old River Road Country Club) on Saturday, August 27, 2022. The course is flat and fast. As in the past years, we will use chip timing.This meet has been sanctioned by the National Federation of State High School Associations.

In the middle school division, a team scores the first 5 finishers. Middle school is grades 6th-8th.
In the high school division, a team may consist of up to 10 runners, scoring the first 5 finishers. Because of the size of the fields for each race, no school may enter more than one team in the Varsity high school division. Seniors may run in the B-Squad race.
Your check must arrive no later than Monday, August 22, 2022. All entries will close with our schools mail delivery on that day.

**Fees are based on Registered entries/runners, not the number of athletes racing.

TIMING & LIVE RESULTS:
Timing is provided by DC Timing.
Live Results will be available online.
SHOE CHIPS - We will be using the Hytek Scoring System and Chip Timing. Each competitor will be issued a bib number and a chip. Make sure the chip number matches the bib number. Attach the bib number to the front of the jersey. Attach the chip to the runner's shoe with TWO zip ties and make sure the chip is secure.
DO NOT SECURE THE CHIP WITH SHOELACES. ZIP TIES MUST BE USED.
We will be removing the chips with scissors in the finish corral. If you have entered an athlete in the meet and they are not racing, please return the chips to the scoring table in the baggie that the chips came in.
TEAM AWARDS:
Team Awards are awarded to the top 3 teams in each race. Top Individuals receive medals.
Club teams are NOT eligible for Team awards but they may receive individual awards.

CONCESSIONS:
Concessions will be located near Tent City & will offer water, drinks, breakfast items, snacks and Chick-Fil-a sandwiches.
Tizik Shaved Ice will be available for purchase.

PARK FACILITIES MAP:
MEDICAL:
Medical Tents are at the finish line and provided by Saint Xavier Sports Medicine and Bellarmine University. Water, provided by the US Army, will be available at the finish line. EMS and Camp Taylor Fire Department will be on site with water spray.
PARKING:
Bus parking, Coaches parking and Handicapped parking will be on the Louisville Champions Park site at the Dog Park Entrance. All other parking will use the Water Tower lot across the street Parking is free.
Please do not park across the street at the hotel, restaurant, or other businesses.
DIRECTIONS:
From I-64 traveling east, exit I-64 onto I-71 north. Exit I-71 onto Zorn Avenue north. Louisville Champions Park is immediately on the left, and the water tower is straight ahead. From I-64 traveling west, exit I-64 onto the Watterson Expressway (I-264) north. Stay on the Watterson and it turns into I-71 south. Exit I-71 onto Zorn Avenue north. Louisville Champions Park is immediately on the left, and the Water Tower is straight ahead. From I-65 traveling north or south, exit I-65 onto I-71 north (towards Cincinnati). Exit I-71 onto Zorn Avenue north. Louisville Champions Park is immediately on the left and the Water Tower is straight ahead. From I-71 traveling south, exit I-71 onto Zorn Avenue north. Louisville Champions Park is immediately on the left, and the Water Tower is straight ahead.
