The KHSAA Regional Meet Instructions: Regional Instructions (posted 5/20)
Please read these as they outline many important details about the conduct of the meet.
All entries must be submitted on the meet website by 9pm on Saturday May 29th.
By 9pm on Sunday May 30th a performance list will be distributed.

General Reminders:
Please update your KHSAA roster to reflect the postseason participants.
Each team will share in the costs of hosting the event.This fee will be communicated ASAP.
POLE VAULT REMINDERS:
Schools entering athletes in the pole vault must have a coach with proof of completion of the Pole Vault Coaching Certification Course.
An athlete must compete in a minimum of four meets to be eligible to compete in the regional meet. The coach should have available copies to all results to verify in case of a challenge.
Coaching Areas:
For Pole Vault, we will have a designated coaching box. Only PV certified coaches from each school may be in that area.
Once running events begin, no coaches, other than those doing a duty, will be allowed in the infield.
No spectators will be permitted in the infield.
