Race Highlights
Unique relay format.
Fun, early season competition with low pressure.
Awards are dri-fit style training shirts.

Relay Format
Coaches form teams of two-runners.
Partners take turns running a 1600m loop (high school) or 800m loop (middle school).
Cumulative time for the pair is kept, and the final leg finishes through a traditional finish chute.
The top-10 middle school pairs and top-20 high school pairs in each race will receive awards.

Entries & Fees
Entries will be limited to approximately 10 middle school teams per gender, and 15 high school teams per gender, subject to capacity.

Fees:
$50 max per middle school team (boys/girls are considered separate teams)
$75 max per high school team (boys/girls are considered separate teams)
For very small schools, relay pairs will be charged $10 per pair.
All Fees not paid by the conclusion of the meet will be subject to a $25 dollar late-fee.
