Race Highlights
- Unique relay format
- Fun, early season competition with low pressure
- Awards are dri-fit style training shirts
- Chip timing with splits included in results
Relay Format
- Coaches assign teams of two runners.
- Partners take turns running a 1600m loop (high school) or 800m loop (middle school and elementary school). Each partner completes the loop a total of three times, except in the 3rd and under races in which each partner will complete the loop twice.
- Cumulative time for the pair is kept, and the final leg finishes through a traditional finish chute.
Awards
- Top 10 elementary and middle school pairs and top 20 high school pairs in each race will receive awards.

Meet Capacity
- Meet will be limited to 20 high schools, 16 middle schools, and 16 elementary schools.
- Registration is open at fleetfeet.milesplit.com
- Email andrew.ames@jefferson.kyschools.us to receive the meet password.
Entry Fees
- $75 per team (boys/girls are considered separate teams)
- Fees not paid by the conclusion of the meet will be subject to a $25 late fee.
