Primal Athlete Throws Camp May 12, 2013

This is not your average track camp. You’ve probably been to MASSIVE overnight track camps before. Surrounded by hundreds of other athletes. EVERY event (running, jumping, throwing) is covered. The SAME old coaches you’ve seen before. Chaotic, drawn out, and WAY TOO GENERAL.  WE’RE PUTTING AN END TO THAT RIGHT NOW!! LEARN PROPER THROWING TECHNIQUES AND DRILLS, FROM THE TOP COACHES IN THE AREA, AT AN OVERNIGHT CAMP FOR THROWERS ONLY! Attention Shot Putters, Discus Throwers, and Javelin Throwers: If you are like a lot of athletes I have helped at throwing camps around the country, you want to be the best. You want to learn from the experts. You want to take your throwing to the next level:

  • Become the Best Thrower in Your County
  • Qualify for the State Championship Meet
  • Throw at the National Championship Meet
  • Earn a College Scholarship

Like a lot of athletes out there, you love throwing but need more coaching to get your technique straight.

Rod Russel Mason Invitational Preview May 08, 2013

This year’s Mason invite appears to be shaping up to be a distance showdown on both the girls and the boys side of things.  The Mason teams appear strong, but so too do the challengers, especially the Wayne girls along with Gahanna Lincoln.  On the boy’s side, the LaSalle squad has a lot of strong pieces, as do the Wayne and Westerville teams and never count out Saint Xavier as they come off of their State Championship XC season.  The most complete team appears to be Centerville, but they are still holding their cards until the post season as is their tradition.  Overall, both the girls and the boy's competition appears to be loaded, and should provide a great post season test as these squads gear up for the end-of-the-season run.
