#3 - Jackson Watts - Madisonville-North Hopkins
By far the best end of the 2019 cross country season goes to Jackson Watts. His season had ups and downs with a 15:45 early in the season at the Mustang Stampede and then a 17:13 at the Class AAA Region 1 championships (which was a 4th place finish in that region). However, Jackson backed that regional performance up with a 16:05 at the State Meet and a 4th place finish in the entire Class! But how did he follow that? How about a 15:52 in the Foot Locker South Regional Junior Division race which was good for a first place finish.
Watts is ready to go for the 2020 cross country season and his indoor season gave us a glimpse of that by placing in the top 4 in the two mile at both the Wildcat Classic and UK High School Invitational.
