As the outdoor season rolls along, Coach Medley at St. Xavier will periodically update the athletes that are qualified for the Kentucky Dream Mile. These lists will adjust as athletes continue to better their times during the season. The Kentucky Dream Mile is slated for May 4 at St. Xavier High School and will be featured on KYtrackXC with full coverage, including videos of all races.
The 2017 Kentucky Dream Mile featured Kaitlyn Lacy and Yared Nuguse both set meet records. Lacy ran a 4:54.06 and Nuguse went 4:06.30. Lacy could return in her senior season to best her previous mark should she run a qualifying time in the next couple weeks.
