The hurdles are a deep event this season across the team classifications and Christion is right there in the mix. He returns this outdoor season with a 5th place finish in the class AAA state meet in both hurdle events. His #2 KY returning time in the 110H regardless of class and #5 KY returning time in the 300H makes him a legitimate threat to make a run in the hurdle events. Furthermore, Horton dabbles in the long jump placing 3rd in the very tough class AAA region 4 last outdoor season and 11th at the state meet.
