Who's New to the Top 100 State Meet Times?

Since the State Meet moved to the New Horse Park course in 2009, many athletes have covered the 5000 meter course. Only a few have run times that rank them in the top 100 times. The 2016 edition (Results HERE), added some names to that list. Here are those additions!
