Olympian & author Jeff Galloway will be speaking at Asbury Theological Seminary on Thursday, October 8. At 1:30 he will have a session titled "Run Until You're 100". At 3:30 he is doing a session on Mental Training for Running. Each session will be interactive and last about 90 minutes. The sessions will be in McKenna Chapel on the Asbury Seminary campus in Wilmore, KY. Both are free and open to the public. Teams are welcome to attend.
