Girls

This is all Murray High up front as it has been over the last few seasons.  They should dominate the front and Top 10 total.  The individual favorite is senior Kenzley Sparks who has been leading Murray this year, but Kayleigh House could mix it up at #1 as well.

Boys

St. Mary has been winning this region along time and the streak should continue on Saturday.  The squad has been pieced together all year, but when together it is strong enough to win.  Individually, Lyon County's Jake Cannon has been running the strongest this season.  Murray's Adam Lamkin has been battling injuries all season but is still in the mix.  The veteran Paul West could turn it on for the win as well.

Girls

Webster County and Calloway County will battle it up for the team title on Saturday.  Webster has depth up front with a strong trio in the Top 6 while Calloway will strike first with Kelly Norton in second place overall.  The individual race is all Aleja Grant from Paducah Tilghman, winner of this region for years now as she prepares for to try and win the Kentucky State XC Meet.

Boys

Webster County has been ranked very high in the Top 10 all year and comes in as the obvious favorite.  Mitchael Shelton and Trevor Cole have been leading the team all year and will each look to go for the individual win.  Cameron Cooper's has been coming on strong at the end of the season and actually beat both of the Webster duo at Fast Cats.

Girls

Daviess County has dominated this region for a long time and the same will hold true on Saturday.  Their front pack should load up the Top 10 easily scoring the win.  The big question is the order of finish for the girls.  The team has been led by Breanna Alderton, Breeann Burgess, and Olivia Wilson at various times this season.  Each of the them will be battling for the win.

Boys

Daviess County's has long ruled this region with depth unlike any of their opponents.  This holds true again as the team will be heavy up front with their cross town rivals Apollo trying to keep up.  Individually, Graves County's  Marcos Macias was the region runner at Fast Cats on the regional course a few weeks back.  He should have Daviess surrounding him up front with Hunter Kurz or Zan McClelland being the likely candidates.
