KENTUCKY DREAM MILE

The 5th Annual Kentucky Dream Mile will go off tonight with most of the fastest distance runners in the state lined up to race. Remember this race is about going fast and running a PR. It is not about strategy and getting ready for the Kentucky State Track Meet. Get out with the pack and hold on for dear life in the last 400m.
