2) What did it feel like to win state last season?
It was amazing. I felt like all the hard work I did paid off in the end.
3) Winning the individual and team title in the same season is quite an accomplishment. How did that feel?
Winning as a team was more important to me than winning as an individual. We are a really close team. We drive each other to work harder. Sharing that with them was one of the best feelings in the world.
4) The top 6 runners from state last year all return. Do you think you can hold them off for the repeat?
I think it's going to be tough. It will take a lot of determination, hard work and confidence....that's all I\'m going to say.
5) Favorite Course?
I really enjoy running at Berea. It has just the right amount of uphill, downhill, and flat...I really like the creek running through the middle of the course, too. It makes it more exciting and challenging.
6) Favorite Race?
Meet of Champions 2004....if you were there, you remember. The rain started near the finish of the 2A girls race, pretty much drowned us, and proceeded to make the course a muddy mess for the rest of the racers that day.
7) Favorite Band or Singer?
The Beatles and James Taylor would be two of my favorites if I had to choose....there are so many though.
8) Do you have any other hidden talents besides running?
I like to sing, and I can juggle...
