Will Sheets (Covington Catholic) and Paul Van Laningham (Cooper) both qualified for NXN Nationals after finishing 4th and 6th yesterday at NXN Southeast. The started a tremendous showing for Kentucky with 9 runners in the Top 31.
The top boys team was Class 3A State Champs Lafayette (Redwoods TC) finishing 6th overall led by Xavier Richardson in 30th place.
The KY ladies were led by Leah Penick with a 13th place finish overall. Assumption was the top KY girls team with a 6th place finish.
