Michael Eaton (Greenwood High School) finished 6th in the USA Junior Cross Country Championships in New York by running a 24:06 in the 8000 meter race. He was the first high school runner to finish the race, just behind five college freshmen. He defeated 2005 Footlocker National Finals winner A.J. Acosta (24:22 9th ) and now qualifies for the World XC Championships in Japan. Congratulations to Michael!
