INDIANAPOLIS – Bellarmine University junior Robert Sandlin, Jr., and Saint Joseph’s College senior Joe Tooks have been named the first Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Track and Field Athletes of the Week for the 2013 season, it was announced by the league on Wednesday.
