PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION LISTED BELOW.
Entries are limited to 4 per event and 2 relays.
This will be Senior Night for PHS. Those activities will begin at 5:15.
The infield is closed to team camps. This area is reserved for Prestonsburg High School Athletes ONLY. If we have to continuously tell your athletes to leave the infield, they are subject to disqualification per NFHS 4-6-2
This rule includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to follow the instructions of an official.
Using profanity, even if not directed at a person.
Any action bringing discredit to the school.
Spectators/teammates entering restricted areas
KEEP YOUR ATHLETES OFF THE POLE VAULTING EQUIPMENT. IT IS NOT A JUNGLE GYM.
Now that the technicalities are out of the way. With this being the last meet before Region, we wanted to loosen the mood a little bit. We will be running an "Anything But A Baton" 4x200 for both genders. Bring your own supplies.
I am treating this meet like a glorified practice, since results and entries will have already been submitted for the Region.
We will be offering a full meet of competition minus throws.
Track will open for warm-ups at 5:30
Coaches meeting will be at 5:45
Track will close at 5:50
Meet will begin at 6:00
