All HS races will run jointly with the Diocese of Covington Championship but scored separate.

Entry Deadline: Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 by 9:00pm. Any additions after final deadline, Wednesday, August 19st, will be $5 per addition payable to C3 Timing. Cash only

HS Rolling Start at 7:45 AM
Girls Varsity - Varsity 10 runner limit
Boys Varsity - Varsity 10 runner limit
Girls JV - unlimited runners
Boys JV - unlimited runners
Awards immediately after Boys race
Middle School Rolling start beings at 10:30 AM
Middle School Races
10:30 AM Girls Middle School 8-6 grade then Boys Middle School 8-6 grade - 3k distance
Approx 11:15 AM Girls 4&5th grade then boys 4&5th grade - 2k distance
Approx 11:45 AM Girls Elementary K-3 then Boys Elementary K-3 - 1k distance
Fees: Team / Individuals, boys and girls are separate teams
Entry Fees:
Varsity/JV $100/no limit
Middle School $60/no limit (grades 6th - 8th)
Elementary $60/no limit (5th grade and under included.)
Individuals : $10.00 each
