P.S. The State Library and Archives is the site of the Vietnam War Memorial to Kentucky soldiers who died in Vietnam.  We ask your athletes and fans to respect that memorial as well as keeping them out of the State Library and Archives. That is one condition for our continued use of the facility. Because of this, we have a new agreement with the Kentucky Division of State Properties concerning parking.  In order to make things safer as well as accommodating visitors to the Vietnam Memorial, there is no parking allowed in the Memorial parking lot. 

We will have T-shirts for sale as well as concessions.

Busses will be parked in behind the Archives, with coaches parking in the front Archives lot.  Spectator parking will be in the fields along Coffeetree Road. NOTE NOT RIGHT ALONG THE ROAD. Please inform parents we will have parking in a large field on the left as they come up Coffeetree Road.  In the past many have parked along the road and as a result latecomers saw the cars on the side and they decided to park out on Route 676 when there was plenty of room in our parking areas.

I-64 from the east, take Exit 58 Route 60, turn right toward Frankfort, go 1 mile, turn left on Route 676.

Follow signs to the Vietnam Memorial.

I-64 from the west, Exit 53B Route 127 toward Frankfort, Go one mile, turn right on Route 676, follow signs to Vietnam Memorial.

MAXIMUM FEE PER SCHOOL IS $300 DOLLARS. 

Chip timing will be used. Bibs with chips and pins will be in your team packet. Bibs are to be collected and turned in to the tub at the trailer before you leave the meet. Please have your athletes close the pins and it is HIGHLY recommended that you put the bibs in numerical order so you can make sure you have turned all the bibs in.  You will be charged $15.00 for each bib/chip you do not turn in. All bibs must be accounted for.

There will be no race day additions allowed. Please enter only those who you know will be running.

***Awards to the top 50 individuals in each race. 

MIDDLE SCHOOL ARE EIGHTH (8TH) GRADE AND LOWER. NO ONE MAY RUN IN MORE THAN ONE DIVISION. IF A TEAM HAS A RUNNER COMPETE MORE THAN ONCE, THAT ENTIRE TEAM WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. NO LIMIT IN  ALL RACES. Please have your entries posted by Tuesday, September 9th.
