     You will not be able to run the course this week before Saturday.   Teams will be able to set tents in the tent area Friday.   Make sure not to leave a vehicle in the area.  It will be towed.   Saturday all equipment and tents must be carried in.   After the meet Saturday,  all equipment/tents must be carried out.  You will not be able to drive vehicles back to the camp area. 



1. PLEASE NOTE, THE HORSE PARK HAS GRANTED US USE OF THE NORMAL TEAM CAMP AREA THAT IS THE SAME AS THE KHSAA STATE MEET, SAVING YOU A COUPLE HUNDRED YARDS OF WALKING TO THE FIELD AREA ON THE RIGHT. SEE THE NEW LOGISTICS MAP. ON SATURDAY YOU WILL NEED TO CARRY EVERYTHING IN PLUS CARRY EVERYTHING OUT. YOU MAY SET UP ON FRIDAY. DO NOT LEAVE A VEHICLE OR IT WILL BE TOWED

2. PACKETS WILL BE LOCATED IN THE WHITE TRAILER BEFORE THE ADMISSION GATE. COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDING OUT BIBS TO ATHLETES AND COACHES WRISTBANDS TO COACHES BEFORE THEY GO THROUGH THE ADMISSION GATE. COMMUNICATE THIS TO YOUR PARENTS, ATHLETES, AND FANS.

COACHES BANDS WILL BE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS ESTABLISHED ON THE WEBPAGE.

You may have to have someone stationed at the admission gate to pass out bibs and coaches bands if not arriving at the same time.  Follow all parking attendant directions.

3. All parking will be in the Alltech lot. No vehicles beyond the Dever Golf Cart area. Busses will park on the south side of the parking lot. Bus drivers will be able to drop off at the northeast corner of the parking lot and then follow directions to bus lot.

4. Remind athletes, parents and fans not to sit or climb on the fences.

5. NO DOGS.



      There will be a $10.00 parking fee at the entrance to the Horse Park.  That is the Horse Park's fee, not KTCCCA.   Admission gate will be between the Alltech parking lot and the course.

1-7 athletes    1 coaches band

8-14 athletes  2 coaches bands

15-21 athletes 3 coaches bands

22+ athletes   4 coaches bands

MIDDLE SCHOOL, 6TH AND UNDER, 4TH AND UNDER INFO -- Please read the following eligibility requirements.

1) ALL students, regardless of affiliation, competing in the Meet of Champions (MOC) MUST have a coach who is a member of the KTCCCA. Membership forms are available on the KTCCCA website:www.ktccca.org

2) To be eligible to compete in the MOC team championship races, a team must be affiliated with the school they attend and recognized as part of the Kentucky public or private school systems.

3) Students must run for their school teams in the MOC.    Their school is defined as the school that a student attends for 50% or more of his or her primary educational hours during that season. Students may run up with the team of the school that their current school feeds directly into, not the high school that the schools feed into.  The school must physically exist at the level of the meet.      For example, a 4th & under team cannot run under a middle school team designation If no direct feeder system exists.  Running up with another school is not permitted.

4) Students who are home schooled or who attend schools without cross country programs may run as individuals in the MOC. For those students who attend schools without designated cross country programs, parents/coaches must work with the school administration to have approval for those students to represent their schools. Home school students must run for their home school only.

5) Subject to the requirements of section 3, any student on a club team can compete in the open races only.

Online Payments through Milesplit. Take care of your payment easily now without having to get a check cut. This is the preferred method for payment for quick processing.

Make checks payable to KTCCCA.    All runners in the championship races must represent their school. There are no "UNATTACHED" athletes in the elementary and middle school championship races.

Entry fee is $50.00 per gender per championship race,  If you enter the championship race,  you may enter your other runners for free in the open race.  If you do not enter the championship race,  then the entry fee applies to the open race.

Entry Fees are due by Wednesday October 15. After which time they are subject to a Late fee of $50 per gender
