Please enter all your athletes at this link.IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION!!! - Due to construction on campus, parking will be restricted to certain areas. Please share this map with your team and fans. We will be providing shuttles from the front side of Oldham County High School and from Oldham County Middle School to the ticket entrance. All teams and fans MUST enter at the entrance near the tennis courts (look for the large orange flag). Please encourage your fans and team to give themselves additional time to park and make it to the team tent area. There will be no car drop off near the entrance (other than clearly visible handicap tags), as this area will be restricted for our shuttle buses. If your team is arriving by bus, buses can park in the parking lot in front of the football stadium.

8:00 am: HS Girls (Varsity) - 5k (max of 10 athletes/team)
8:40 am: HS Boys (Varsity) - 5k (max of 10 athletes/team)
9:20 am: JV Girls - 5k (unlimited)
10:00 am: JV Boys - 5k (unlimited)
10:35 am: Coaches Costume 100 yard dash!! (see info below)
10:45 am: MS Girls Championship - 4k (6th-8th) (max of 10 athletes/team)
11:15 am: MS Boys Championship - 4k (6th-8th) (max of 10 athletes/team)
11:45 am: MS Girls Open - 4k (6th-8th) (unlimited)
12:15 pm: MS Boys Open - 4k (6th-8th) (unlimited)
12:45 pm: ES Girls Championship - 3k (4th-5th) (max of 10 athletes/team)
1:05 pm: ES Boys Championship - 3k (4th-5th) (max of 10 athletes/team)
1:25 pm: ES Girls Open - 3K (4th-5th) (unlimited)
1:45 pm: ES Boys Open - 3K (4th-5th) (unlimited)
2:05 pm: Primary Girls - 2k (2nd-3rd) (unlimited)
2:25 pm: Primary Boys - 2k (2nd-3rd) (unlimited)
2:45 pm: Primary Girls - 2K (K-1) (unlimited)
3:05 pm: Primary Boys - 2K (K-1) (unlimited)
*Again this year we are getting the coaches involved!! We encourage our coaches to join us for the Coaches Costume 100 yard dash!!! Coaches, dress up in your best costume and start at the start line for a spooky 100 yard dash! Coaches of all levels can participate! There will be awards for a male and female winner and costume awards!

HS Varsity- $60 per team (up to 10 runners)
MS Championship- $60 per team (up to 10 runners)
ES Championship- $60 per team (up to 10 runners)
JV - $5 per athlete
MS Open- $5 per athlete
ES Open - $5 per athlete
Primary - $5 per athlete
Individuals - $10 per athlete
(boys and girls are separate teams)
***ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY RACE DAY! If mailing a check, be sure it has time to get to us before race day. Otherwise bring the check on race day. No payment = no racing. Please do not tell us on race day that the check is in the mail. Checks payable to OCHS Boosters.

*Payments should be based on entries. No refunds for athletes who are entered but do not race.
Packet Pick Up and Coaches Wristband:Packet pick up will be located in between the tennis courts and baseball field (see map). Each packet will contain 4 coaches' wristbands. Coaches may enter at the packet pickup entrance or at the main ticket entrance, but must have their wristband in order to get in at the main ticket entrance. (Individual athletes arriving must enter at the spectator entrance and have their uniform on to be admitted.) Please arrange to distribute your coaches' wristbands outside the ticket gate, as this is their admission ticket.
Awards:
Our medals are unique and spooktacular!!
Championship races (Varsity/MS Champs/ES Champs) = top 50
JV/Open races = top 20
Primary = top 30
Top 3 individual female/male runners in each Championship race will also receive a custom laser individual award.
Team Awards - Awards for Champion & Runner-up Team in each HS Varsity & JV/MS champ/ES champ division (club teams not eligible for team awards, only individual)
Spectator Admission:
$8/Person; children 5 and under are free. NO CASH AT GATE!! All tickets must be purchased through this GoFan link. NO DOGS ALLOWED!!!!!
Spectators will have 1 entrance located by the Tennis Courts (see map). Entrance will not be permitted for spectators at any other location.
For competitors, if you are not arriving by bus with your team, then you should use the spectator entrance and be in uniform to be let in without payment.
Concessions will be available.
Shirts: Unique Haunted Woods Shirts will be for sale at the meet from Fine Designs.
