Owensboro Cross Country Invitational

Saturday, September 20th

Entry Deadline: September 15, 2025 

Coaches, You and your cross-country team are invited to participate in the 59th Owensboro Cross Country Invitational. The Owensboro Cross-Country Invitational is one of the oldest and most historic meets in Kentucky. Our competition will again be held at Yellow Creek Park. The course layout provides many opportunities for coaches, families, and fans to observe the competition.

TEAM NOTICE: Owensboro Athletics does not allow for the participation of unattached athletes, club teams, home school athletes, home school cooperatives, or private schools not affiliated with KHSAA or neighboring state associations (IHSAA, TSSAA, OHSAA....) at any level of this Invitational (Elementary, Middle School, or Varsity).

*The KHSAA has regulations regarding the heat index. If the heat index is too great, we will switch each race to 4,000 meters in duration. This will be discussed at the Coaches Meeting and if a change is to take effect, it will be announced at that time.

ENTRY FEE

Varsity Teams: $70 each for boys and girls or $20 per individual ($140 total). (JV and Varsity Combined Total: $210)


Middle School Teams: $55 each for boys and girls or $15 per individual ($110 total)
