Owensboro Cross Country Invitational

Entry Deadline: Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 @ 9:00pm. Any additions after final deadline, Wednesday, October 30th, will be $5 per addition payable to C3 Timing. Cash or Check
Coaches, You and your cross-country team are invited to participate in the 57th Owensboro Cross Country Invitational. The Owensboro Cross-Country Invitational is one of the oldest and most historic meets in Kentucky. Our competition will again be held at Yellow Creek Park. The course layout provides many opportunities for coaches, families, and fans to observe the competition.
TEAM NOTICE: Owensboro Athletics does not allow for the participation of unattached athletes, club teams, home school athletes, home school cooperatives, or private schools not affiliated with KHSAA or neighboring state associations (IHSAA, TSSAA, OHSAA....) at any level of this Invitational (Elementary, Middle School, or Varsity).
Race distances will be 5K for high school, 3K for middle school, and 3K for elementary.
Elementary races will be for grades 5 and under.
Middle School races will be for grades 8 and under.

*The KHSAA has regulations regarding the heat index. If the heat index is too great, we will switch each race to 4,000 meters in duration. This will be discussed at the Coaches Meeting and if a change is to take effect, it will be announced at that time.
ENTRY FEE
Varsity Teams
$85 each for boys and girls or $20 per individual
Middle School Teams
$60 each for boys and girls or $12 per individual
Elementary Teams
$45 each for boys and girls or $10 per individual
